Need tables with podium by window wall of cafeteria. 2 tabletops to the left (as you stand at the podium) set for 6 seats; 3 tabletops to the right of the podium for gifts. Have sound system set up for presenting awards; please make sure batteries are good with spares available. Have two serving lines for food in "L" shape to left and right of entrance, and tables for beverage service. |
